Pulse Diagnosis is an ancient procedure to check the disease in the human body. It performs a very significant role in the Ayurveda medicine system. We can analyze the ailment of the body by using a pulse diagnosis technique. In the ancient period, physicians use this method to check the sickness in the body. After examining the body doctors, start the treatment with the Ayurveda method. The pulse rate will be count as normal if its speed is between 68 to 74. If the pulse rate is lower than 68 or higher than 74 then the patient will be found as a victim of some disease.

Nadi Pariksha (Pulse measurement) is done by using the three-finger technique, Index(Tajarni), middle(Madhyama) and ring finger(Anamika) are used by releasing a light pressure on the wrist. Nadi Pariksha is an ancient method of science that helps in detecting the current status of the human body, mind, soul, and spirit. Analyze Disease by Three Method

Vata:- All the diseases that occur from the waist to the end of feed and knees come from air imbalance. In Vata, our heart will perform 80-90 beats per minute.

Pitta Doshas:- The disease that occurs from the middle of the chest to the end of the waist and abdomen is caused by disbalance in Bile. Pitta Doshas will be found if 70-80 beats per minute measured.

Kapha (cough):- The pain or problems which we faced from head to the middle of the chest area caused by worsening in cough. If our heartbeats between 60-70 times in a minute then it will be counted in Kapha.


Pulse Diagnosis (Nadi Prakisha) is a very fast and cheap diagnostic method. This method is performed by trained and professionals who gained skills after years of practice. It can be a beneficial means for the definitive health status of the patients.

The assumption measurement of the pulse is taken at the blood vessel (radial artery) which is located inside the wriest.

Ayurveda uses an eightfold examination technique to diagnose the disease. they include Nadi which we can term it as pulse, Urine, Faeces, tongue, sounds in the body, touch/temperature, eyes, general appearance.

Nadi Pariksha is wide since 5000 years ago for the diagnosis of the imbalance of the doshas in the body and concluding the diseases. Nadi Pariksha can accurately diagnose both physical as well as mental diseases and imbalances in the body. The term Nadi refers to pulse veins, arteries or some sort of a channel where the passage of physiological and biological signals happen it is comprehensive and reaches the root cause of health issues, not merely addressing the symptoms.

Nadi Pariksha has to be done in a way where the male patients have to be checked on the right hand and the female patients on the left hand. Make sure that there is no pressure on the wriest. The pressure should as light as possible while placed on the wrist.

Ayurveda Nadi Pariksha Course : ( one week ):

Usually, we start this course every week in a group of students from Mon to Sat.

This course includes both theory & practical sessions.

In the theory part, you will study the basics of the Ayurveda principle & the concept of pulse diagnosis according to Ayurveda.

In the practical session, you will study how to do pulse diagnosis.

The duration of this course is one week (six days) It a daily two hours class except for Sunday, the class can be in the morning or evening hours.

 You will get the certificate after completion of this course.
